If you do not have a .edu email address, you can still request manual verification. Accepted documents include a student ID card with a current expiration date, an official transcript, a tuition receipt, or an official employment letter for academic staff.

How long does the verification process take?

Verification is usually instant if you use an eligible .edu email. If manual document review is needed, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

No, the discount cannot be applied retroactively to an already active standard subscription. If you want to use the educational discount, you will need to request approval and start a new eligible subscription with that discount applied.

If your email address is not recognized as eligible and you believe this is a mistake, or if you do not have a university email address, you can send proof of your student or academic status to team@pane.studio. For example, you can send a student ID, transcript, tuition receipt, or an official employment letter, and we will manually review it and send you a discount code if approved.
