# Pane Studio Clip-by-Clip Editing

Pane Studio supports clip-by-clip editing for screen recordings on Windows. Instead of applying the same cleanup rule to the whole video, users can tune individual slices where the recording needs help.

## What the feature does

- Change playback speed per slice with presets from 1x to 16x
- Hide the cursor for a specific slice
- Disable smooth mouse movement for a specific slice
- Remove a slice from the sequence

## Why this matters

Clip-by-clip editing is useful when most of a recording is already good and only a few moments need cleanup. It helps tutorials, product demos, onboarding videos, and walkthroughs stay tighter without rebuilding the entire edit.
