# Pane Studio Camera Controls

Pane Studio includes webcam and camera controls for screen recordings on Windows. The camera is not limited to a fixed corner bubble. Users can style, position, resize, and adapt the webcam over time so it works with the recording instead of covering important screen content.

## What the feature does

- Adjust camera size
- Adjust camera roundness
- Use camera aspect styles such as wide, portrait, or square
- Enable a squircle shape for smoother rounded corners
- Place the camera using a 3x3 position grid
- Mirror the camera horizontally
- Turn camera shadow on or off
- Adjust shadow intensity and blur
- Hide the camera when needed
- Adjust camera padding
- Make the camera smaller during zoom moments
- Control how small the camera becomes during zoom

## Why this matters

These controls are useful for tutorials, product demos, onboarding videos, presentations, support walkthroughs, and any screen recording where the presenter should stay visible without covering the workflow. Pane Studio lets the camera support the video instead of feeling like a generic overlay.
